This is the number that decides what a platform costs you in a slow month. Every figure is the vendor's own listed price, from its own pricing page, checked October 2026 — nothing estimated or rounded up. Where a vendor does not state its cut of sales, we say so rather than guess. Confirm a current quote before deciding.

Read the last two columns too. AllCoaching's monthly plans take 0% commission: Starter ₹3,999, Growth ₹5,999 and Pro ₹7,999 a month, with no sales limit. Yearly plans have a lower fixed fee and take 10% on Starter, 7.5% on Growth and 5% on Pro. Below about ₹4 lakh of yearly sales, yearly Starter usually suits you; above that, a monthly plan usually leaves you more. We would rather you know that now than discover it later. The questions everyone asks.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial, so you can set up your academy, add a course and see your website before you pay, and no card is needed to start. When the trial ends, pick a monthly plan with 0% commission or a yearly plan to continue.
What does it really cost, and are there hidden costs?
Monthly plans are ₹3,999, ₹5,999 or ₹7,999 a month with 0% commission; yearly plans are ₹6,999, ₹12,999 or ₹24,999 a year with a 10%, 7.5% or 5% fee per sale. That is exactly what is shown — no setup fee on top, no card required just to sign up. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout, and payment-gateway charges on student payments are separate.
Do I need a sales call or demo to sign up?
No. AllCoaching is fully self-serve: sign up, choose a plan, upload a course, connect your domain, set up payment, publish. No sales call, no demo dependency and no technical team required at any point. WhatsApp support is there if you want to ask something first, but it is optional.
What exactly does the platform fee apply to?
On monthly plans there is no platform fee at all (0% commission). On yearly plans it applies only to completed sales — 10% on Starter, 7.5% on Growth, 5% on Pro. If a student pays you ₹2,000 on yearly Starter, ₹200 goes to the platform and ₹1,800 reaches your bank. Refunded payments have the fee reversed proportionally.
Do I have to pay separately for my own domain?
Connecting your domain to AllCoaching is included on every plan, including Starter. The one thing we do not sell is the domain name itself — you buy that from a registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap or Hostinger for roughly ₹600–1,200 a year, and it stays registered in your own name.
Are live classes metered by the hour on top of the plan price?
No. Live classes on YouTube Live or Zoom are unlimited on every plan. The built-in AllCoaching live classroom comes with hours each month (20, 50 and 90 on monthly Starter, Growth and Pro; 5, 10 and 15 on the yearly plans), and there is no separate per-hour bill.
Can I see it before I choose a plan?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed to start. Build your academy in the real studio during the trial, then choose a plan.
Will my students see my brand or AllCoaching's?
Yours. Your academy name, your logo and your colours lead everywhere a student looks — the website, the app on their home screen, the receipts. AllCoaching runs the infrastructure in the background.
What happens if I do not renew my plan?
Your academy goes offline at the end of your paid period — students can no longer reach your app, website or courses. You then have 30 days to export your student list, payment history and content, or renew to bring the academy back live; after that, uploaded videos are deleted.
Can I export my data and leave anytime?
Yes. Your student list, payment history and course content are exportable any time while your plan runs, and for 30 days after you stop, in line with data-portability rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The domain is registered in your own name, so the address leaves with you too.
How does upgrading from Starter to Growth or Pro work?
Upgrades take effect the moment payment clears. What you already paid for the current period is credited toward the higher plan, so you only pay the difference. To move down a tier, contact support.
