What you pay before you sell anything.
This is the number that decides whether a platform is affordable in a slow month. Competitor figures were read from their own public pricing pages in September 2026 — verify a current quote before deciding.

And the part most comparison pages leave out. A flat 10% is not cheapest at every level — above roughly ₹4 lakh of annual sales, a fixed subscription with no per-sale cut can work out lower. We would rather you know that now than discover it later. Below that, and for anyone who has not yet proved the teaching sells online, paying ₹6,999 once beats committing ₹42,000 a year to find out. Before you decide
The questions everyone asks.
Is ₹6,999 really the only thing I pay?
Yes — it is paid once and it does not repeat. There is no subscription, no renewal, no annual escalation and no setup fee on top of it. The only other money that ever moves is a flat 10% taken from a sale after a student has actually paid you.
Is there any monthly or yearly fee after onboarding?
No. Nothing recurs. Your custom domain, live classes, storage, the student app, the marketplace listing and support are all inside the one-time fee. You will not receive a bill next month, next year, or at any renewal date, because there is no renewal date.
What exactly does the 10% apply to?
Only to completed sales. If a student pays you ₹2,000 for a course, ₹200 goes to the platform and ₹1,800 reaches your bank. Refunded payments have the fee reversed proportionally. If you sell nothing in a month, the platform earns nothing from you that month.
Do I have to pay separately for my own domain?
Connecting your domain to AllCoaching is included in the ₹6,999. The one thing we do not sell is the domain name itself — you buy that from a registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap or Hostinger for roughly ₹600–1,200 a year, and it stays registered in your own name, which is exactly where it should be.
Are live classes included, or metered by the hour?
Included, with no per-hour meter and no monthly live plan. Chat and automatic recordings come with it. Fair-use limits on streaming are published in the studio, but there is no separate live-class bill to plan for.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes, and you should. The live demo is the real product filled with sample data — the studio, an academy website and the student app. No sign-up, no card, nothing saved or charged. Click through all three before deciding anything.
Will my students see my brand or AllCoaching's?
Yours. Your academy name, your logo and your colours lead everywhere a student looks — the website, the app on their home screen, the receipts. AllCoaching runs the infrastructure in the background.
What happens to my students and data if I leave?
They stay yours. Your student list, payment history and course content are exportable at any time, in line with data-portability rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The domain is registered in your own name, so the address leaves with you too.
How long does onboarding take?
Most educators are live within a day or two. The technical setup takes minutes — the time goes into your content, and we help with the first course. If you already have lectures and notes ready, a weekend is realistic.
Why is there a fee now when onboarding used to be free?
The free onboarding seats are full. Setting an academy up properly takes real time from a real person — your first course, your domain, your pricing — and the fee pays for that rather than for the software. It is charged once, and the 90/10 split has not changed.
