Why we started
India has millions of brilliant educators. Many of them teach in a small classroom, a Telegram group, or a YouTube channel — and earn a fraction of what they deserve because the systems around them aren't built for them. They spend half their time on ads, tech, payouts, and support tickets. The other half goes to teaching.
We've seen this firsthand. We've watched gifted teachers burn out not from teaching, but from running everything else. AllCoaching was born to collapse that gap.

Where we are today
