The lower platform fee starts paying for itself well before ₹10 lakh. At this volume, Pro's ₹18,000 higher plan price is outweighed by saving 5 percentage points of platform fee on ₹10 lakh sold — ₹50,000. Below roughly ₹3.6 lakh of annual sales, Starter is the cheaper plan; above it, upgrading starts to win. GST applies on the plan price and the platform fee per law.

How much does AllCoaching cost for an Indian educator in 2026?
AllCoaching has three annual plans. Starter is ₹6,999 a year with a 10% platform fee, so you keep 90% of every sale. Growth is ₹12,999 a year at 7.5%, keeping 92.5%. Pro is ₹24,999 a year at 5%, keeping 95% and including a premium website template. Most educators start with Starter and upgrade later. Prices exclude GST, and there is no sales call or demo required to sign up.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter, for almost everyone. At ₹6,999 a year it already includes listing on the AllCoaching app, your own connected domain, 512 GB storage, 1080p streaming and 5 live class hours a month - enough to launch a real academy and prove it sells. Move to Growth or Pro once your storage, streaming or live-class hours genuinely run out, or once the lower platform fee starts to matter at your sales volume.
What is different between Starter, Growth and Pro?
The platform fee drops as you go up - 10%, then 7.5%, then 5% - so you keep more of each sale on a higher plan. Storage and monthly streaming scale from 512 GB to 1 TB to 3 TB. Video quality moves from 1080p to 4K on Pro. Live class hours run 5, then 10, then 15 a month. Pro also includes a premium website template worth ₹10,000. Your own domain, the AllCoaching app listing, marketplace discovery and T+3 payouts are the same on all three.
Can I connect my own domain, or is that a Pro-only feature?
Your own domain connects on every plan, including Starter. Pro's premium website template is a nicer design option, not a requirement for using your own domain - Starter and Growth both run perfectly well on yourinstitute.com.
Is marketplace discovery included on every plan?
Yes. AI-driven marketplace discovery - where students search by exam, subject, language and city and find you without ad spend - is included on Starter, Growth and Pro alike. It is not a Pro-only upgrade.
Do I need a sales call or a demo to get started?
No. AllCoaching is fully self-serve: sign up, choose a plan, upload your first course, connect your domain, set up payment, and publish. No sales call, no demo dependency, and no technical team required at any step. If you want to talk to someone first, WhatsApp support is there - but it is optional, not a gate.
Do the prices include GST?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout per Indian tax law. Payment-gateway charges on student payments are also separate from the plan price and the platform fee.
How does upgrading between plans work?
Upgrades take effect the moment payment clears. The amount you already paid for your current plan is credited toward the higher one, so you only pay the difference - for example, moving from Starter to Growth mid-year costs the gap between what Growth costs and the ₹6,999 you already paid. To move down a tier, contact support.
What happens if I do not renew my plan?
Your academy goes offline at the end of your paid year - students can no longer reach your app, website or courses. Your content, student list and payment history remain exportable, so nothing is lost; renewing at any point brings the academy back live.
Can I export my data and leave anytime?
Yes. Your student list, course content, payment history and analytics are exportable at any time in standard formats, in line with data-portability rights under the DPDP Act 2023. Nothing is locked - you keep ownership of your brand, your students and your content.
Are live classes metered separately on top of the plan price?
No. Each plan's live-class hours are included in its annual price - 5 hours a month on Starter, 10 on Growth, 15 on Pro. There is no separate per-hour charge within that allowance.
