Delivery Policy

This policy explains how AllCoaching Technology delivers what you buy from us.

1. What we deliver

AllCoaching Technology runs a SaaS LMS platform for educators. We earn in two ways: (1) educators and coaching institutes pay us a monthly or yearly subscription to use the AllCoaching studio (studio.allcoaching.in) to build their own academy website and app, upload courses, and run tests and live classes; (2) when students buy an educator's courses on that academy, the payment is collected through our payment gateway and settled to the educator after our platform fee (0% on monthly plans; 10%, 7.5% or 5% on yearly plans).

We sell online software access only. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How you get access

1. Choose a plan on our pricing page and sign up on studio.allcoaching.in.
2. Start the 7-day free trial (no card needed), or pick a monthly or yearly plan and pay through the secure checkout (UPI, cards, net banking).
3. Your plan is activated on your studio account as soon as the payment is confirmed. A GST tax invoice is issued for every plan payment.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email contact@allcoaching.in with the transaction ID.

3. Courses bought by students

When a student buys a course, test series or class from an educator's academy, access is given on that academy's website and app as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. If access does not start, the student should contact the educator first, then us at contact@allcoaching.in.

4. Apps and domain

Setting up your own domain and publishing your academy's app on Google Play or the App Store depend on your domain provider and on Google's and Apple's review. Those steps are not instant and their timing is set by those providers.
