These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllCoaching website, applications, platform, and marketplace (collectively, the "Services"), operated by AllCoaching ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Minors must use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Educator obligations

• Provide accurate information about your courses, qualifications, and pricing.
• Deliver the classes, content, and support you have advertised or agreed to.
• Comply with Indian law, including tax, IP, and consumer protection regulations.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

3. Student & learner obligations

• Use the Services only for lawful, personal learning purposes.
• Do not record, redistribute, resell, or share paid content without permission.
• Respect community guidelines in classes and chat.

4. Payments, fees & payouts

Transaction fees, subscription fees, and payout schedules are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice. Payouts to educators are made via our payment partners, subject to KYC, fraud checks, and applicable taxes. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes are handled per the published refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Educators retain ownership of the content they upload and grant AllCoaching a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display such content strictly to deliver the Services. The AllCoaching brand, platform code, and designs are owned by us and may not be copied or redistributed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Services, (b) attempt unauthorized access, (c) scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, (d) impersonate any person, or (e) use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or put other users at risk. You may close your account at any time. Certain provisions (payments owed, IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AllCoaching is a platform that connects educators and learners; we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or earnings. Class content is the responsibility of the educator who provides it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCoaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
