These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AllCoaching website, mobile application(s), and platform services (“Platform”, “Services”), operated by AllCoaching (“AllCoaching”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using AllCoaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1) Definitions

  • “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including Students and Educators.
  • “Student” means any user who enrolls in or accesses educational content/services.
  • “Educator” means any teacher, coach, institute, trainer, or content provider who offers courses, live classes, tests, mentorship, or educational services on the Platform.
  • “Content” includes videos, live sessions, recorded sessions, notes, PDFs, assignments, tests, quizzes, study material, images, text, and any other material provided through the Platform.
  • “Transaction” means any paid purchase, enrollment, subscription, or payment made by a Student for services offered by an Educator on AllCoaching.
  • “Fees” means platform fees, subscription fees, transaction fees, or any other charges displayed on the Platform.

2) Eligibility & User Accounts

  1. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform.
  2. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use AllCoaching only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  4. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  5. AllCoaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, misuse, or suspected fraud.

3) Platform Role & Nature of Services

  1. AllCoaching is a technology platform that enables Educators to publish educational offerings and Students to discover, purchase, and access them.
  2. AllCoaching does not guarantee admissions, exam ranks, job placement, marks, or any specific learning outcome.
  3. Content and teaching quality depend on individual Educators.
  4. AllCoaching does not provide any warranty that all content will meet a user’s expectations or that learning results will be achieved.

4) Educator Responsibilities

If you register or operate as an Educator on AllCoaching, you agree that:

  1. You are fully responsible for the Content, courses, services, and claims you publish.
  2. Your Content must not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies.
  3. You must not publish misleading promises such as guaranteed ranks/results unless legally permitted and fully verifiable.
  4. You must maintain professional conduct during live classes, messages, and student communication.
  5. You must ensure that any study material provided by you is owned by you or properly licensed.

5) Student Responsibilities

As a Student, you agree that:

  1. You will use the Platform only for lawful learning purposes.
  2. You will not share course access, recordings, login credentials, or paid content with others.
  3. You will not copy, record, resell, distribute, or reproduce educator content.
  4. You will follow course/class rules communicated by the educator or platform.

6) Payments, Pricing & Platform Fees

  1. Pricing for courses, live classes, subscriptions, and services is shown on the Platform at the time of purchase.
  2. By making a payment, you agree to pay the total displayed amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
  3. AllCoaching may charge:
    • subscription fees (monthly/annual as applicable), and/or
    • transaction fees (a percentage per successful transaction), and/or
    • additional service fees (as displayed).
  4. Fees may vary depending on the plan, offer, educator category, or promotional period.
  5. AllCoaching reserves the right to update pricing or fees at any time, with changes reflected on the Platform.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by AllCoaching’s Refund Policy (published separately).
In general:

  1. Some products or services may be non-refundable (such as digital content already accessed).
  2. Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as course policy, time elapsed, attendance, content access, and transaction status.
  3. AllCoaching reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, policy violation, or excessive refund attempts.

8) Access to Content & Service Availability

  1. Course access may be limited by duration, schedule, or educator-defined rules.
  2. Live sessions may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to educator availability, technical issues, or emergencies.
  3. AllCoaching strives to provide stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  4. We may temporarily suspend platform services for upgrades, maintenance, or security reasons.

9) Educator Earnings & Payouts (Revenue Share)

  1. Educators earn a share of revenue from their educational services sold through AllCoaching, subject to platform fees and transaction charges.
  2. Earnings and payout schedules may be subject to verification, settlement time, payment gateway processing, refunds, and disputes.
  3. AllCoaching may withhold or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, abnormal transaction patterns, policy violations, chargebacks, or legal requirements.
  4. Educators are responsible for compliance with tax obligations, invoicing, and other statutory requirements applicable to them.

10) Intellectual Property Rights

  1. AllCoaching retains ownership of its platform technology, branding, design, software, UI, trademarks, and proprietary systems.
  2. Educators retain ownership of their original Content uploaded to the platform, unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Students are granted limited, non-transferable access to educator content for personal learning only.
  4. Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.

11) Content Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Share pirated content, copyrighted material without rights
  • Conduct harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
  • Attempt hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or platform misuse
  • Use the platform for spam, misleading marketing, or fake enrollments
  • Record or redistribute live sessions without permission
  • Engage in payment fraud, refund fraud, or chargeback abuse

AllCoaching may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

12) Third-Party Services

AllCoaching may use third-party services for payments, communication, analytics, video delivery, storage, or verification.
AllCoaching is not responsible for third-party service downtime, errors, or policy changes.

13) Termination & Suspension

AllCoaching may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraud or misuse
  • Your activity creates risk for students, educators, or the platform
  • Required by law or government authority

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations (such as payment, IP restrictions, and dispute clauses) will continue after termination.

14) Privacy & Data Use

Your use of AllCoaching is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. AllCoaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  2. AllCoaching does not guarantee results, rankings, exam performance, or outcomes.
  3. AllCoaching is not responsible for educator conduct, student behavior, or third-party services.
  4. AllCoaching’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to AllCoaching in the last 30 days for the specific service in question.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllCoaching, its founders, team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the platform
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • your content or actions on the platform

17) Modifications to Terms

AllCoaching may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website/platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
