1. Introduction

By accessing or using the AllCoaching platform ("Platform"), including its website, mobile app, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, refrain from using the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "User": Anyone accessing the Platform (Educators, Students, or Visitors).

  • "Educator": Users offering courses, tests, or educational content.

  • "Student": Users enrolling in courses or accessing content.

  • "Content": Courses, videos, tests, notes, or materials uploaded to the Platform.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • Accounts are non-transferable.

4. User Responsibilities

For Educators:

  • Ensure Content is original, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

  • Set fair pricing and honor refund requests as per Platform policies.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations.

For Students:

  • Use Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Do not redistribute, copy, or misuse Content.

5. Content Ownership

  • Educators retain ownership of their Content but grant AllCoaching a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it.

  • Students acquire no ownership rights to Content.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Educators:

    • AllCoaching charges a 10% transaction fee on course sales after the initial 6-month free period.

    • Payouts are processed weekly to registered bank accounts.

  • Students:

    • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

  • Students may request refunds within 7 days of purchase if:

    • Content is materially defective or not as described.

    • Technical issues prevent access (verified by AllCoaching).

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

  • AllCoaching’s logos, trademarks, and Platform design are owned by AllCoaching.

  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Termination

  • AllCoaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

    • Violation of these Terms.

    • Fraudulent activity.

    • Legal or regulatory reasons.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is." AllCoaching does not guarantee:

    • Accuracy or completeness of Content.

    • Uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Educators are solely responsible for their Content.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • AllCoaching is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Losses arising from misuse of the Platform.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Disputes will be resolved in courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Amendments

  • AllCoaching may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app alerts.
